2022 April Volunteer Appreciation
In April 2023 we celebrated volunteer month at the Open House on April 30th. We also presented the 2022 Volunteer Appreciation Awards! Julia’s Center loves and appreciates each of our volunteers. Special recognition was given to those that Julia’s Center is losing as they are going on to Medical or Physician Associate Schools in Texas. (more…)

Located in Plano, Texas, the press and public are invited to the Open House of Julia’s Center for Healthcare on April 30, 2022.

Julias Center Earned NAFC 2021 Gold Standard Award
PLANO, TX – JULIA’S CENTER FOR HEALTHCARE has earned a 2021 Gold Rating from the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC) Quality Standards Program. By self-attesting that the organization has certain policies and procedures in place, it is able to highlight its commitment to providing quality care to patients.
The mission of the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics is to ensure the medically underserved have access to affordable health care. The NAFC and its members are dedicated to ensuring that patients receive quality health care. To quantify and qualify the care provided at the Free and Charitable Clinic network, the NAFC formalized a set of Quality Standards for member organizations.

Grant Announcement for the Raymond James Charitable Grant Initiative – 2021
Julia’s Center for Healthcare is excited to announce that it was selected by the Raymond James Charitable board of trustees to receive a grant for the 2021 funding cycle of the Raymond James Charitable Grant Initiative. (more…)
Julia’s Center Receives Walmart Community Grant Program
May 2021 Julia’s Center for Healthcare is excited to announce that we received a grant from the Walmart Community Grant Program, Walmart Giving! for our program “Operation Heart Love”. This program will use the grant money to purchase gift cards for our patients who are in need to purchase medications and to purchase additional blood pressure cuffs for the clinic.
