In celebration of his birthday, Meet Pithadia has been using his birthday money in a truly meaningful way for the last 3 years. Each year he buys and donates much needed blood glucose testing meters and strips for the diabetic patients who come to Julia’s Center for Healthcare.
This generous gift not only honors his special day but also brings critical help to those in need of diabetic supplies. For many of the uninsured or underinsured individuals we serve, access to essential supplies like glucose meters and test strips is critical. His donation directly supports their health and empowers them to manage their condition. Providing these supplies, not only helps the patient, but it saves money that the clinic would ordinarily spend to purchase them.
We are so grateful for this thoughtful gesture inspired by the compassion shown at such a young age. Thank you to Meet and his family for making Julia’s Center part of his 10th birthday celebration and for investing in the health of our community!
